1. Subscription fees
Subscription fees paid in advance are non-refundable, except:
- 14-day money-back on initial subscription. Cancel within 14 days of first payment for a full refund of that period.
- Service-level breach. If we materially fail to meet our SLA for two consecutive billing periods, you may terminate and receive a pro-rata refund of unused time.
- Where required by law (consumer protection statutes in your jurisdiction).
2. Transaction + usage fees
Per-transaction fees and usage overages are non-refundable.
3. Process
Email [email protected] with your account ID and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
